This was a Christmas present for my 3 grandkiddos ( 14,12,9) and I was impressed from the second we walked in. The first greeting and check in was great. I even received a check in call within 10 minutes of getting to the room. The room was perfect - we settled in so comfortably and plenty of room. Loved the kitchen. The set up of the family suite was great..lots of open space and well designed. We all used the pool, hot tub and workout room. The kids made good use of the Market store!!! Breakfast was not only plentiful but delicious. Every staff person that we interacted with, was friendly and happy! Thank you so much. We did not want to leave.

All associates were polite, personable and very helpful. Property was clean and or organized. My five year old granddaughter left behind her beloved pink stuff bunny and the General Manager of the property went out of her way to search the entire room and kept in touch with us until it was located (Another associate cleaning the room found it). They are sending the bunny to us and we are waiting for bunny’s arrival to hear all about her adventures.

Jennifer Reed was absolutely amazing. I had a special request for our anniversary. Jennifer went way above and beyond to make I happen. My wife and I can not thank her enough! The property was impeccably clean! Our room was spotless! The dining area and pool were also very clean. The front desk staff were so friendly and always smiling. I would definitely stay here again!. Once again, thank you so very much to Jennifer Reed!!!.

This place was ideal for our family of 4. We were able to cook a couple meals in the kitchenette, which was nice as most restaurants in the area are extremely understaffed. I was very impressed with staffing at the hotel. Workers took pride in their work and did their best to make sure guests enjoyed their stay. Complimentary breakfast was really impressive (they even had bacon!).
